Stripe and Eowyn are two of our babies caught over the summer from the sick colony in Calafell. They were the first two we trapped on July 15 and went to a foster home with two other kittens from the area, to form a new family. Their litter was more sick than the others, affected worse by a bacteria which many of the kittens had, and with quite severe virus symptoms. These viruses, parasites and bacteria are very common in street kittens when we take them into our care. Some are worse than others though, and all ten of the kittens we caught were quite unwell. They underwent two intense rounds with a very unpleasant medicine and in the end, with a lot of love and care, they are fit and healthy. Their sister Harriet is in good condition, and their brother Ash is on his way to full health. Unfortunately we couldn't trap the remaining two siblings and their story doesn't have such a happy ending, but we’re happy we were able to make a difference in the lives of these four!

Between the great work of their foster home, our support team, and their loving family, they are now as happy as two peas in a pod. Thank you Anna, for giving these two the forever home they deserve!
