Personality: We could describe Martina as a calm, serene, and observant cat. But if there’s one word that perfectly defines her, it’s LOVING ❤️ You can offer her the best food or the best toys, but what she truly needs and seeks is simply affection, your presence, and sharing life by your side.

She will stay by your side while you work—she just needs a cozy, fluffy bed to keep you company for hours. If you lie down on the couch, she will find the perfect position to curl up next to you. Her purring will confirm that she is in absolute bliss.

Martina is an easygoing cat, always ready to accept whatever life brings without a single complaint. If you pick her up, she will be delighted; if you let her sleep close to you, she will love it; and if it’s playtime, she will happily join in. She is now learning to play with some toy balls 🧶 and it’s absolutely adorable to watch.

She is a big fan of outdoor adventures, so she enjoys having a balcony or terrace where she can safely observe the world—watching the sunrise, birds flying by, or simply spying on the neighbors ☀️🌇

She comes from a "home" where she was “loved” only for catching mice… She lived in a garage with outdoor access (which also led her to the street). She has been a mother multiple times, but sadly, her kittens were either run over or abandoned in fields by her so-called “family” (who didn’t want more animals). By the end of 2023, we were finally able to arrange for her to be spayed, preventing further suffering for both Martina and her future babies.

This winter, she spent more and more time outside, seeking attention from people passing by. She wasn’t looking for the best food—what she truly longed for was affection, something she never received in her previous home. And so, here she is now, ready to find a real family, a family that truly deserves her. Do you think they miss her? We can already tell you—they don’t…

From experience, we know she loves being around children. They used to play with her as if she were a doll, passing her from one arm to another. So… do you have a family with kids? Are you a loving couple? Or are you still looking for your soulmate? No matter your situation, we have the perfect missing piece for your family, and she has a name! Her name is MARTINA 💞

If adopting as a pair we recommend: Right now, Martina is living as the only cat in her foster home, but she has previously lived with other cats without any issues.

Can Iive with kids? Yes! In fact, she would love to be in a home with kids and grow up by their side.

Can live with other animals? Yes, she has lived with several cats. Yes. Untested with dogs but we think he'd be fine.

Ideal home: A family that will give her all the love and attention she needs. Any type of family structure would be great, but if there are children, we believe she would be truly happy.

A balcony or terrace is always a plus!

Personalidad: Podríamos describir a Martina como una gata calmada, serena y observadora. Pero si un adjetivo la describe a la perfección es AMOROSA ❤️ Podrás ofrecerle la mejor comida o los mejores juguetes, pero ella lo que necesita y busca, es simplemente el cariño, tu presencia, compartir la vida a tu lado.

Estará a tu lado mientras trabajas, solo necesita una cama peludita para acompañarte durante horas. Si te tumbas en el sofá, buscará la posición perfecta para quedarse acurrucada. Su ronroneo te confirmará que ella está en el placer máximo.

Es una gata manejable, dispuesta a recibir lo que venga en la vida, sin tener nunca ni una sola queja. Si la coges en brazos estará encantada, si la dejar dormir cerca de ti también, o si toca una pequeña sesión de juegos. Ahora está aprendiendo a jugar con algunas pelotas de juguete 🧶 y es de lo más graciosa.

Es una gran amante de las aventuras en el exterior, así que disfruta de un buen balcón o terraza en el que poder observar la vida desde un entorno seguro: ver el amanecer, unos pájaros volar o sencillamente cotillear a los vecinos ☀️🌇

Ella viene de un “hogar” en el que era “querida” únicamente para atrapar ratoncitos… Vivía en un garaje con acceso al exterior (y por el cual también salía a la calle). Ha sido mamá en varias ocasiones, y sus crías has terminado atropelladas o tirados en huertos por su propia “familia” (no querían más animales). A finales de 2023 pudimos llegar a un consenso para esterilizarla y evitar más sufrimiento, tanto para Martina como para sus futuros bebés. Este invierno cada vez ha pasado más tiempo en la calle, buscando atención de las personas que pasaban a su alrededor. Ella no buscaba la comida más top, sino que siempre ha preferido cualquier tipo de muestra de afecto que en su propio hogar no ha recibido. Así que aquí la tenemos, lista para encontrar una familia, una familia que sí sea familia. ¿Creéis que la echan de menos? Ya os confirmamos que no…

Sabemos por experiencia que le encanta la compañía de los niños, y ellos jugaban con ella como si fuera una muñeca que va de brazo en brazo, así que… ¿Tienes una familia con niños? ¿Eres una pareja amorosa? ¿O todavía estás buscan a tu media naranja? Sea como sea, tenemos el ingrediente perfecto para completar el núcleo familiar, y ¡tiene nombre! Ella es MARTINA 💞

Si adoptas en pareja te recomendamos: ahora Martina está viviendo como gatita única en su casa de acogida, pero ha convivido perfectamente con otros gatos.

¿Puede vivir con niños? ¡Sí! Es más, le encantaría vivir en un hogar donde haya niños y poder crecer a su lado.

¿Puede vivir con otros animales? Sí, ha vivido con varios gatos. No se ha probado con perros pero creemos que con la debida presentación no habría ningún problema. 

Hogar ideal: Vivir en una familia que le de toda la atención y cariño que necesita. Cualquier tipo de núcleo familiar estaría bien, pero si hubieran niños, creemos que estaría realmente feliz.
